Leads Club is operated by Leadpower (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit leadsclub.leadpower.net or subscribe to the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: name, email address, password, and billing details you provide when you subscribe.

Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, referrer, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Affiliate data: referral link clicks, sign-ups attributed to your link, and commissions earned.

Support data: messages and attachments you send when you contact support@leadpower.net.

To deliver the Service — provisioning your account, sending daily leads, processing payments, and operating the affiliate program.

To improve the Service — diagnosing bugs, measuring feature usage, and prioritizing improvements.

To communicate — sending receipts, product updates, security notices, and (with your permission) marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

To prevent fraud and abuse — detecting suspicious activity, enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting our members.

We use a small number of first-party cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and credit affiliate referrals.

We also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, referrers, broad device categories). Analytics data is not used to identify you personally and is not sold.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, email delivery, hosting, and analytics — and only the minimum each provider needs.

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see “Your Rights” below).

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@leadpower.net to make a request — we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Leads Club is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your information being processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in your backoffice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
